Today I’m sharing Dr. Oz’s Green Tea and Tangerine Weight-orade

He says just one cup of green tea can boost your metabolism by 12% and for maximum results drink a whole pitcher of this Tangerine Weight-orade a day.

Here’s the recipe ~ it’s super easy!

In a large pitcher, combine:

  • 8 cups of brewed green tea
  • 1 tangerine, sliced
  • A handful of mint leaves

Let the mixture steep over night to blend the flavors ~ drink the whole pitcher through the day. :)
