I have not heard of that book, but it makes perfect sense. I'll see if they have it at Bookswim and put it on my list!

Have you ever seen "Change your questions Change your life" by Merrilee Adams? While it is written more for corporate people, it is soooo applicable to everyday life. And it's a REALLY easy read. It's all about how your interactions with people ... the questions you ask internally ... lead you on a learner path or on a judger path. And while it is intended for interactions among people - relationships, again, you can apply it to your own conversations with yourself. I immediately thought of this book when I started reading this post.

Thanks for sharing. And thanks again for reminding me that I am so in that pitt of judgment ... and I really need to get out.

Jackie,

It's only been more recently that I am noticing my personal judgments almost immediately. I'm reframing them and telling myself that's not true.

I'm using the book "Everyday Bliss for busy women" that you recommended awhile back as a bible. It sits on my table were I pass it all day long and can pick it up when I need to clear some energy.

Oh, another thing, I never get it all done in a day...I have to choose my priorities.

I love this blog!
